Design Concept

In undertaking this project, we confronted a significant challenge posed by a thoroughfare that bisected the designated science park area, creating a physical division. Our overarching aim was to forge a robust connection between these two halves, promoting seamless integration and synergy. To address this challenge, we meticulously crafted a central axis that served as the architectural backbone, effectively bridging the gap between the disparate sections. Placing key buildings and facilities along this axis not only reinforced the connection but also lent a cohesive visual identity to the entire park, fostering a sense of unity and purpose.

Moreover, we strategically revitalized the entrances situated at the boundaries of the site, imbuing them with a heightened sense of welcoming and continuity. These enhanced entry points not only facilitated ease of access but also served as symbolic gateways, inviting visitors to embark on a journey of exploration and discovery within the science park.

Furthermore, by strategically allocating certain offices and workshops to specific locations, we aimed to optimize functionality while reinforcing the overarching sense of connectivity. This deliberate placement not only maximized efficiency but also contributed to the overarching goal of creating a harmonious and integrated environment conducive to innovation and collaboration.

In the office and workshop areas, we devised a layout strategy aimed at maximizing functionality and user experience. Workshops and laboratories were strategically situated in the basement area, optimizing space utilization and minimizing disruptions. To ensure adequate lighting in these lower levels, we implemented a design featuring a central yard, allowing natural light to permeate and illuminate the workspaces.

On the ground floor, we focused on creating a welcoming and engaging environment. The main entrance was prominently positioned, providing easy access for visitors and employees alike. Adjacent to the entrance, a small exhibition area was curated, showcasing company trophies and achievements for visitors to admire and appreciate. This thoughtful arrangement not only enhanced the aesthetic appeal of the space but also served as a point of interest, fostering a sense of pride and identity within the workplace.

Design Concept

Presenting the culmination of efforts to meet and exceed requirements in this architectural project. The design includes a comprehensive range of features aimed at providing a multifunctional and aesthetically pleasing space. The facade features an eye-catching form with rhythmic patterns and large windows to capture maximum natural light, enhancing the interior quality of the space. Drawing inspiration from traditional attic forms and classical architecture, these elements are seamlessly blended with modern visions to create a harmonious and distinctive exterior appearance.

The basement level offers 8 parking spaces, ensuring convenience and accessibility. The ground floor boasts a 60-square-meter commercial space, complemented by an inviting atrium that enhances the overall ambiance. Both the first and second floors feature two units each, carefully designed to offer identical space quality and functionality. This approach ensures consistency and flexibility in usage across these levels. The third floor is dedicated to a spacious 200-square-meter unit with 3 bedrooms for comfortable living arrangements. This unit is intelligently connected to the attic floor, where a dedicated office space and gaming room offer a blend of work and leisure options. The roof area, accessible from the attic, hosts an array of outdoor facilities designed for relaxation and enjoyment. These include a pool, Jacuzzi, sunbathing area, outdoor living space, kitchen, and barbecue setup, creating a versatile and engaging outdoor environment.

This project encapsulates a vision of a modern, functional, and enjoyable space, fulfilling contemporary architectural and lifestyle expectations.
